This I never would have expected anywhere in the U.S.

  • This is what I never would have expected from ANY state. However, it's true that a 10 gauge or 12 gauge shotgun is particularly lethal and imagine if you had a shotgun revolver with 6 or 9 or 10 shotgun shells that you could rapidly fire without having to pump them so that this would be like an automatic shotgun to some degree. I could see why this could be classified as an assault weapon especially if it was loaded with slugs slugs the size that could be shot out of a 10 or 12 gauge revolver shotgun.
  • So, the definition is completely up to whatever state is defining what an assault weapon is nationwide or worldwide.
