This is just something I have noticed in everyone's lives around me.
So, because of this I try to stay focused on what I can be grateful for in my life.
This way if I direct my attention to what I'm grateful for it makes my brain a more happy and grateful brain and not complaining all the time. So, the more you can make your brain happy and have more serotonin in your brain from happiness and gratitude and good exercise the less likely you are going to create an imbalance in your brain chemically and go into clinical depression which is a chemical imbalance in someone's brain caused by being depressed too long.
Also, if you are depressed for a long time think about getting a blood test for hypothyroidism. There is a t3 and a t4 blood test which will diagnose if you have low thyroid output from your thyroid glands.
I got hypothyroid from having giardia in India and Nepal in 1985 but wasn't diagnosed with hypothyroidism until 2006 by my physical trainer who was from Germany who was trained as a physician's assistant there. She also was hypothyroid so when I told her my symptoms she correctly diagnosed me as hypothyroid like herself. Ever since 2006 I have taken Armour thyroid supplements as a medicine. This was good because before 2006. I was getting bronchitis about 7 times a year and worrying I would die from pneumonia because of this. Since 2006 I haven't had bronchitis once since I began taking Armour thyroid tablets. However, finding the right dose is hard at first because if you take too much it's like drinking many cups of coffee and you can't sleep at all.
