I have noticed all my life that this statement is always true.
In order to be happier you have to learn to be grateful for what you have.
Why is this true?
I think it has to do with the brain chemicals you generate when you are happy and grateful for what you have. It puts you in a place where you will tend to do things that will create more things that make you grateful and happy in your life.
It's the opposite of someone who is always complaining and unhappy about everything.
There is nothing wrong with complaining about things in your life IF you actually change the things in your life that aren't working. Because if all you do is complain then life tends to make your life worse and worse.
So, complaining is ONLY useful if you change your life so you don't have to complain anymore. Otherwise, complaining only tends to make your life worse and worse until you suffer and die.
So, like I said before complaining is ONLY useful if you use that complaint to change your life for the better, otherwise complaining just destroys your life and makes you suffer more and more until you die.
So, understanding that "Gratitude is the motor of life" one should move forward understanding this is true.
IT's sort of like saying "Nothing leads more to success than success itself!"
But to be successful in life you have to start somewhere and a good place is realizing "Gratitude is the motor of life".
Realizing this you are on your road to personal success in your life!
