Why is the sky Blue Daddy?

This question has often been asked for thousands of years by a lot of 4 year old or earlier or later. But, it is a persistent question that young children tend to ask.

Without Philosophical inquiry we would not have the answer to this question now.

It goes something like this: "The sunlight hits the atmosphere at such an angle that it refracts as it goes through the atmosphere and tends to range in the blue of the spectrum when it does this.

(This is a part of the actual answer that scientists have eventually found through using the Scientific method (which is based upon philosophic inquiry) for thousands of years now through rational thinking.

I'm not sure how satisfying it is for you to know all this but I'm just giving you an example of a persistent question I have heard from more than one (approximately 4 year old child over the years).

Also, you notice in space everything is black but the stars. However, on earth as the sunlight hits the atmosphere it does something quite different which is what we see when there are no clouds or not many of them in the daylight of the sun.
