I think Minneapolis and Minnesota need to sue the government to remove National Guard troops like Los Angeles and Portland and Chicago did successfully

However, I'm not sure the legal basis of suing ICE to leave Minnesota too at this point. However, there may be a way to do this too.

However, the legal argument might succeed after the Murder of Good through Laws Governing States rights.

Otherwise I think you might have states slowly seceding from the United States Union because of the way the Federal Government is harming States Rights in all of this especially after the ICE Murder of Good.

The Federal Government interfering with States rights could cause the secession of many states (at least 25  now)

Yes, the
Minnesota National Guard, based in Minnesota, has a presence in Minneapolis, as it's the state's military reserve force and has historically been deployed for state emergencies and civil unrest, including after 9/11 for airspace security around the city and during events like the George Floyd protests, though their specific current deployment status needs checking.
Key Points:
  • State-Based: The National Guard is organized at the state level, so Minnesota has its own unit, the Minnesota National Guard, with facilities in and around Minneapolis.
  • Dual Mission: They serve both state (responding to emergencies like floods, civil unrest) and federal (overseas deployments) missions.
  • Recent History: They've been active in Minneapolis for significant events, like providing security after 9/11 and responding to the civil unrest following George Floyd's murder.

To know their exact current status (e.g., for protests, training, or other missions), you'd need to check official Minnesota National Guard updates or local news, as deployments change based on need.
