They said that the Amount Trump was taking would "ONLY" be for someone who has just had a heart attack or stroke and at no other time would doctors recommend this dose as a Blood thinner to prevent blood clots from killing this person.
Most heart attacks and strokes are actually caused by Blood clots blocking arteries I think. So, a blood thinner helps people not get blood clots in their brains or hearts or other organs or limbs which could easily be fatal even once. This is why if people are having heart problems often they will give them something like Eliquis or in the old days Coumadin as a blood thinner. But then if you cut or bruise yourself it is hard to stop bleeding too. So, you have to be careful if you are actually injured and bleeding because of this.
For example, a good friend of mine a couple of years before he died got a blood clot in his right arm and the pain was so bad he was screaming as they took him by helicopter to Sacramento where they specialize in blot clot problems like his. Luckily he got the use of his right arm back but a few years later he died.
It's likely that Trump is in one of these kinds of situations and likely has either had a Stroke or a heart Attack that he doesn't want to disclose to the public for his own reasons.
However, he isn't honest with the American people about anything at all so I'm not surprised that he is lying about this too.
