On the coast in the San Francisco Bay area it's presently 2 pm Pacific Time. The weather is clear and beautiful right now even though it has been cloudy or rainy many days so far in the past. But, today it really beautiful especially after the rain the other day because the rain really cleans the air as it comes down.
