What I learned about this product surprised me because I found out that a friends daughter used this product 2 of these a day in place of meals to lose her weight. It allowed her to lose the weight without giving up the protein that makes your brain work right so she could work at her job while losing her weight.
2nd: I found out one of our house cleaners with his own janitorial business who used to be an Army Ranger in the U.S. Army also uses this after working out at a gym. He says his muscles are less sore using this after a workout.
So, these are two of the things about this product that I have learned so far.
