This week I have had to learn a lot about Peristaltic action in my intestines to survive at all.
The first thing I learned is about Abdominal Binders (however I prefer the term "White Abdominal Belts" myself for fairly obvious reasons. If you didn't get it I'm talking about Binder as an equal to constipation maybe which can be fatal in some people when they have Diverticulitis and can also result in necrosis if it goes on more than a few hours.
So, this is what I'm dealing with this week.
The first thing I learned was how to keep my intestines inside my body (from a burst appendix operation gone wrong in 2015 in Mt. Shasta at Mercy hospital there through Dr. Fox.
So, the point is that I now am in the position where I likely need to have a hernia operation. However, because I'm 77 with atrial fibrillation and a defibrillator pacemaker it is possible (because of liability of the doctors) I might not be allowed to have this life saving hernia operation now at age 77 because my cardiologist might say I couldn't survive the anesthesia or being "Put under".
However, I was thinking that when I had my pacemaker put in in 2020 in June they gave me something called "Joy Juice" as an anesthesia which worked perfectly for me then and made me feel like I had died and gone to heaven at that point. Since I desire full enlightenment this was a good experience. Since then my Cardiologist who put my pacemaker in died at around age 60 which I found out while at the hospital which saddened me a lot because he was very straightforward and helpful to me even though he could also be difficult like many people too. But, he was a very dedicated Doctor and I respected him for that and the great work he and his other doctors and assistants did with my pacemaker I now wear under my skin above my heart in a flesh pocket there that he made during the time of the operation.
So, the things I learned this week is that movement enhances peristaltic action in your intestines. So, any way they are moved that isn't an injury to them is useful like walking or massaging your belly and intestines.
So, the White Abdominal Belts I discovered first in the emergency room were a revelation for me.
The basic thing I learned to survive this week is "keep your intestines moving" or maybe better said, "Keep whatever is in your intestines moving through them as good as possible so you can stay alive.
However, to begin this healing process I had to only eat:
Chicken Broth
Jello
Orange juice
Lemonade
For 5 days straight.
The night before last I realized I had to move forward from this to something liquid with protein. I found through a friend something called:
Core power high protein shake that could work. It comes in several flavors and they sell it also at Costco I found out as well as many markets throughout California. I have no idea about it outside of California so I cannot guarantee you can get it outside of California or not if you need something like this to survive intestinal problems like I'm presently trying to survive.
Here it is from the internet:
