God almost killed me in an Astral projection before I learned this. He was teaching me to never Astral project and instead to bi-locate instead.
Bi-location you are still in your body and somewhere else at the same time. Because you are still in your body this protects your body being invaded by unclean spirits while your soul is gone.
So, if you are going to Soul Travel Bi-location with the Angels is the safe way to do this. Even bi-location is dangerous to your body and soul if you aren't traveling with the Angels as a help and protection by the way.
However, after 10 years of soul travel from age 20 to 30 about, I realized I was already everywhere in the physical universe and didn't need really to go anywhere.
I find it better to experience all the Christs of all planets and all the Buddhas of all planets and sTars and Nebulas in the Unvierse all at once 24 hours a day.
However, I call this being with God in the past, present and future of the universe every moment.

PS it is possible to experience all the Buddhas and Christs in the universe all the time.
I find it to be a worthy Goal and it takes away your fear of death as well.
So, you sort of enter a deathless state (at least in consciousness)
