As Democracies destroy themselves worldwide by giving up on the "Rule of Law"

If you study the absolute chaos in the U.S., Great Britain, India etc. etc. etc. worldwide you see the absolute destruction of human rights around the world. If you aren't educated and don't have any power it is more likely you will be simply (ground under) and die horribly at this point even in democracies worldwide.

This is the kind of world right now that breed Terrorists of all kinds whether they be White Supremacists or Isis Terrorists. It really makes no difference. Recently, a black man and his wife went into a Jewish Market and killed 6 people including themselves with assault rifles. This is going to become more and more normal the more you see human rights destroyed like they are being destroyed in the U.S. and around the world.

It appears only through Mass deaths like in World War II will the people of the world learn anything at all and hopefully reinforce their democracies once again with the rule of law which is the basis of Human rights (if the laws are just and equally applied to all including the presidents of nations including the U.S.).

However, it is also possible that global Warming will eclipse all of this with mass deaths and mayhem.

So, we will have to see where all this goes and the likelihood is just mass deaths and mass chaos destroying third world governments first worldwide. But, governments like the EU and the U.S. and Great Britain will be important to look at regarding human rights and equal applications of laws worldwide as this chaos gets worse and worse worldwide over the next 20 to 50 years caused by global Climate change and overpopulation and mass extinctions of ALL flora and fauna worldwide during  this century and the next ones to come.

 I often wonder what new Dna or metal based life forms might exist on earth that might even be part human dna based over the next several hundred years as all normal DNA based people likely will die in the coming forms of pollution whether they be from bad air or breathing or eating plastics at a microscopic level or whatever it might be from mass plagues of various kinds hitting humanity as democracies break down and possibly cease to exist because of just too many problems to be able to continue in their present forms.

Will ANYONE have ANY human rights at all at that point?

It's really hard to say if people don't fight for what they want and need worldwide. It's at a point where if people don't fight for what they need in an organized way that there will be no people left alive at all on earth.
