for about the last month or so especially in California, Oregon and Washington.

for various kinds of healing and recreation. Because one of the effects of sensory
deprivation is interesting hallucinations. The problem is during the present shelter

Sensory deprivation. But, another level of this is if you want to understand yourself
and your relationship to the universe better, this might be helpful on that level too.
However, you have to be careful of all this to remain balanced so you don't go too far
off onto one tangent or another. So, it's all about balance going through any kind of sensory
deprivation. the opposite of sensory deprivation might be someone that uses external
stimulation to escape from all responsibility altogether. And we all likely know someone
like this who just refuses to deal with the real world in any useful way. Someone like
this would have the worst time in the present sensory deprivation environment.
