22,000 dead 41,000 missing

The problem appears to be the military Hunta government of Mynmar(Burma). Because they haven't let in very much AIDE yet the problem of 22,000 dead and 41,000 missing might be just the tip of the iceberg. Because of the fact that there is no electricity, no potable water and no food that hasn't been destroyed by 120 mile per hour winds, this could get 10 times or more worse within the week and rival the 200,000 who died from the Tsunami in 2004. It is like watching a national car wreck in slow motions with at least 1,000,000 lives at stake in the long run of the next month or two.
