The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
If you click on the word button above it will take you to what I thought of the present 2011 American version of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
However, tonight I watched the 2009 Swedish subtitled movie of the same name. It has many more details than the American version which because of the shortening of all the facts had to be modified in a whole lot of ways from the original in Swedish. Though I could understand why if you are really interested in this Book and series of 3 books that were written because the author was murdered for possibly "getting too close to the truth" in real life. Then you simply must see the Swedish version too because it has so many details that the American one had to leave out for many different reasons. After seeing the Swedish version you know the Girl much better and you know Harriet much better. So, somehow you feel a lot more satisfied just about understanding more about the facts of this book made into 2 movies now one in Swedish and one in English. By the way the Swedish one can be streamed from Netflix which is what I did.
Almost everyone I have met who has seen the American version also wants to read the 3 book series as well. The storyline is a very compelling one for anyone who likes mysteries.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
