If you have ever heard the famous saying: "For the want of a nail the shoe was lost, for the want of a shoe the horse was lost, for the want of a horse the rider was lost, for the want of a rider the kingdom was lost".

This is a lot like what is presently happening to Obamacare: "The nail being "Healthcare.gov" site online.

Obama cannot blame the health care industry for helping to destroy Obamacare but he can blame the Republican party that the Health care industry uses to harm and to kill Obamacare.

The main problem seems to be that the 5% of present policy holders who are losing their insurance policies are losing them primarily because they don't cover all the things that Obamacare mandates. This likely is insurance companies being stubborn and not really the problem of the government.

However, I suppose you could blame the government for not cracking down on these insurance companies, but if the government gets too  hard on the insurance companies the whole thing falls apart anyway because the government needs insurance companies to make this whole thing work in the end.

So, the more noise you make in forcing insurance companies to get with the Obamacare program the more likely this whole thing will work and it will start making more policies affordable for more people.

Also, the nail "Being healthcare.gov" need to work so people can find reasonably priced plans nationwide. So, Healthcare.gov has to be both working and able to handle enough people and able to give people enough competitive plans from the insurance companies who do want to participate in Obamacare. Because those insurance companies trying to end Obamacare could be driven out of business by the business competition of those companies who do want Obamacare to succeed.

So, likely you will see a lot of health insurance companies go out of business during these times too, as those who want to participate in Obamacare come into the forefront of this over the next 6 months to 1 year and beyond and succeed long term as insurance companies by participating in Obamacare.
