People are wondering why the world economy is so very sluggish? But, to me, as both an intuitive and logical thinker it is very obvious why the world economy is so sluggish:
The two main reasons it is sluggish and it likely to remain so (until enough people figure this out) is that first there are too many people on earth.
And 2nd, if you cannot predict the weather, you cannot predict the crops grown worldwide. And the world does not run (in the end on products) IT RUNS ON FOOD AND WATER!
So, if you cannot usefully predict whether crops worldwide will succeed or fail nothing else really matters.
And this is the real reason behind ALL economies worldwide in recessionary or even depression like situations.
THE WORLD DOES NOT RUN ON PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IT RUNS ON FOOD AND CLEAN WATER.
And this is the primary reason along with overpopulation why economies worldwide cannot get out of a recessionary position.
And the Cause of this is Global Climate Change and Global Warming. And this is caused by OVERPOPULATION Worldwide.
And if and until the world changes to some new dynamic this is likely to get progressively worse and cause more situations like we have now in the Philippines.
So, here is the problem in a nutshell:
The world is experiencing a Vicious Cycle which is like an infinite computer programming loop which is:
More populations causes more Global Warming which causes more unpredictable weather which causes more instability of governments which cause people to have even more children in order to survive to old age when there are no social services provided by their governments. As people in 2nd and 3rd world countries have more children to run their farms and business because their governments canot provide a secure enough life, the 9 or 10 children those couples have also have 9 or 10 children to also survive when they grow up.
But, you will find in more developed countries the exact opposite is happening where there are social services and enough jobs for people to survive to where some developed countries are at almost a zero replacement rate, like, Japan and some countries in Europe. Even among white people in the U.S. often there is almost a zero replacement rate because the white people are likely to be more highly educated than almost any other group. In my own family if I trace my heritage back to the 1500s in Switzerland there were about 5 to 10 Live births per family that I sprang from and continuing to the U.S.
But suddenly, this changed starting about World War II. My uncle had 2 children (one who died at 16 in an auto accident), both of the Aunts on my father's side had two children, an aunt on the other side of my family had 3 children but the other one had none. Then there children each had 1 or 2 kids. Back on the other side one cousin had not children, the other had two, the other had 3 and I have 3 biological kids, 2 step kids and two god daughters that I helped through college.
So, even since World War II you see how all this has changed. And now, (even though I have been having kids and still have a 17 year old at home in high school and have been raising at least one child contiuously in my home since 1974 none of my children have had even one child yet, except my son who is almost 40 is about to have a child in June.
So, you can see even in my family how reduced the births have been. And this is consistent with most other white people I know or have known throughout my lifetime here in the U.S.
Having a lot of children now here in the U.S. isn't financially viable for educated people. It is only viable now for uneducated people in 3rd world countries where there are no social welfare systems and no social services in place. In those areas family is the only social welfare system available. So, as long as there are no social welfare systems in countries expect the world population to grow at alarming rates worldwide and to increase the dynamic and vicious population and weather cycle we are presently in.
So, it is inevitable as the world population grows there is a tipping point and it looks like we just hit one of them in the Philippines in the last week to the dismay of the world. The primary reason for these deaths are world overpopulation. And it is likely these kinds of deaths now will only increase through the years worldwide as world population continues to increase.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
