What is a Human Being?

This might seem obvious to many of you but then  you wouldn't be understanding the real question I'm asking.

The reason is that everyone might define what a human being is differently. So, what any person in potential could be might be denied by parents, teachers and friends of that human being. There are certain things all of us have in common that survive human birth. Then there are things that differentiate us from each other that might be unique to ourselves.

So, how we define what a human being is also partly defines what each of us can and will do. So, the definition of what you can potentially do in life has to be wide enough to lead to almost anything to make any sense of what a human being actually is or will be.

So, in the past people narrowed what a human being was too much. And as a result until 1900 most people died before age 40 or by 60. So ,the term "Born died 20 buried 60" was very appropriate for most people on earth at that time. However, now we live in a world with literally infinite possibilities there for every person.

It wasn't that the infinite possibilities didn't exist before it is just that people were trained mostly to be much more limited in their thinking than now. So, as you teach your children remember to be open to the possibilities of infinity even as you teach them enough to survive whatever may come in this world.
