Last night I had a prophetic dream which leads me to believe Weather warfare is taking place here on earth.
The most likely people engaging in this sort of warfare would be countries like Russia and China because of their types of governments.
When Order is emphasized over human rights as it is in Russia and China, then human deaths are not seeen as a problem in "Any Means to your ends".
So, likely Russia and China have both decided that the present population on earth is a threat to their "Orders" and so they have begun systematically reducing world populations through Weather warfare.
I think that the prophetic dream I had came from reading this particular article out of Africa yesterday:
As people are dying this is what they are thinking: "White people are killing me because they think there are too many of us".
Are they right?
Maybe. If we look at Russia's involvement in killing Sunnis in Syria which has caused ISIS to form in reaction to that who started killing all Shias in Syria and Iraq and then started killing Christians, Yazidis and Turkmen which then caused the U.S. with Obama in the lead to form a coalition against ISIS, we begin to see the evidence piling up specifically against Russia in regard to genocide of both Sunnis and now Shias and now Christians and Yazidis.
Why would Russia be involved in genocide of Sunnis, Shias, Christians and Yazidis?
The answer is because it is a threat to Putin's concept of World Order with Russia at the center of this World Order. I also believe that though China has a similar concept of world order with China at the center of this world view. So, it could be said that China is also a part of this idea of World ORder without any human rights that Putin espouses too.
You might say "What about Weather Warfare?"
Yes. But what triggered my prophetic dream was Ebola. So, what I realized in waking up this morning is that the two major tools of World Depopulation by Russia and likely by China too, are weather warfare and now weaponizing Ebola. This is completely logical within this framework.
When I heard that Russia already has a vaccine while the U.S. has experimental drugs that work I could see how someone weaponizing Ebola, whether this is Russia directly, ISIS or Al Qaeda or Boko Haram, I now believe this is actually going on in reality.
Even if Boko Haram, ISIS or Al Qaeda is buying advertising, for example, which is leading to uneducated people doubting western medicine and thinking that Ebola isn't real, this also would contribute to it's spread. Propaganda and rumors alone could contribute to Ebola's spread, which would fall directly in line with old KGB kinds of propaganda types of thinking.
So, you wouldn't even have to weaponize Ebola this way. It would weaponize itself through it's spread by lying to people about who was causing Ebola and what it was in the first place.
IF people don't believe what Ebola actually is because of propaganda and rumors. Then people believe culturally in touching their dead relatives and friends at funerals. You are going to have exactly the result among poorer uneducated people throughout western and then all of Africa and the Middle East that you are having right now.
So, weather warfare combined with propaganda alone would create exactly the result you are seeing in the world, from the droughts in California that have taken away 50% of the growing capacity of food in the U.S. to 200,000 Sunni Syrians now dead in Syria and 9 million Syrian refugees in their own country or around the world, 17 million Iraqis refugees in their own country or around the world, Libyans dying in sinking ships trying to get to Europe, so far 2500 (at least) Africans dying of Ebola, etc, etc, etc,
So, here we have Weather warfare, Propagandizing lies to spread Ebola, Ebola weaponizing itself through staying viable too long through too many people. And the end result within several years could be up to 1/2 the population of earth dead.
Who would benefit the most from this?
Russia and China.
Another piece of evidence in this is that Putin's government is very racist an ethnocentric. The way Putin thinks reminds me of how people thought in the South of the U.S. in the 1950s which would be similar to George Wallace (who was eventually shot for this kind of thinking). This racist point of view against anyone not just white Russian and also being Anti-Semitic like Russia has always been known for as well, contributes to this whole way of "White Russians Only should Survive" kind of attitude that Putin has.
So, Putin's own racist ethnocentric point of view that won't even communicate properly with Obama because Putin thinks that Obama is the "n" word leads me also to believe Putin is trying to kill off anyone who isn't White Russian here on earth in order to create "White Russian Order" in the world.
Which reminds me of someone called Hitler out of the 1930s and 1940s. Think about it.
