I think that right now Ebola is the most dangerous and then next comes ISIS. But, this is only in the short run. Likely in the long run Putin is the most dangerous of all because to some degree ISIS and also Ebola exist now because of what he has been doing.
Putin's aid to Assad helped create ISIS. The genociding of ISIS and what Putin was doing in Ukraine and Crimea so confused the world that they lost it in regard to Ebola which was never a threat before now to the world because whenever it got loose it was stopped before. This time we haven't been able to stop it (at least yet).
This time it is about 50 50 whether we can stop Ebola and keep it in Africa and the Middle East localized there on that continent.
But, underestimating how dangerous Putin is is also a threat to everyone in the long run. Putin's plans are to run the whole world by taking over the free world's economy through the Internet. Next, he would likely confront China at some point as well if he was successful in his plans.
However, for a variety of reasons it is unlikely that Putin can succeed without nuking the whole world out of existence in the process which would be the end of us all and prevent all human generations to come at least on earth.
