I noticed that using this site you can now see weather animated if you wish all over the world. By using the animate feature and the plus or minus feature you can literally look at weather in action right now all over the world.
I have used this site for several years now to see whenever it was going to rain or snow wherever I was. Often I could know within 5 minutes anytime it was going to rain or snow wherever I was at the time in the U.S.
Now they have this radar satellite feed that seems to work worldwide now regarding most countries.
Also by using the mouse in conjunction with the animate feature and plus or minus feature you can drill in on exactly where you are in regard to the weather too. By holding down the left click function on your mouse you can move around the map as you drill in using the plus feature or zoom out using the minus feature.
However, after playing with it a little I can see it works best over North America, Australia, and Europe. But, you can see the cloud patterns but not necessarily the rain or snow coming down elsewhere.
