If you were to ask me: "Which is more potentially lethal: ISIS or Ebola?" My answer would have to be: Ebola.
Though ISIS could become eventually a worse threat than Ebola it simply isn't that yet. For example, the increase rate of Ebola of ten times the rate every 4 months from July 2014 to October 2014 carried out through January 2016 is 1 billion 300 million people with Ebola by then. For ISIS to reach the same level of human insanity it would likely have to purchase Hydrogen bombs and set them off somewhere here on earth. So, at least for now ISIS isn't as scary as Ebola. But, I would have to say that Putin who actually caused ISIS by supporting Assad is the scariest of all and could also be behind weaponizing Ebola to kill billions of people eventually here on earth.
So, I think the best name historically might be: Putin, the Depopulator
