Why does the Obama Administration call IS or ISIS, ISIL?

Islamic State of Iraq in the Levant (ISIL). This is the name the Obama administration uses for IS or ISIS.

The likely reason for this is since it has at least 3 names at present (or More) they likely needed to find one name for them to use. the word ISIS is an Egyptian historical diety from Pharoah days that is Bibilical or pre-biblical in nature. So, to be politically correct they likely would not use this so as not to offend Egyptians in this sense.

The word Islamic state or "IS" since the U.S. and all countries on earth don't want to recognize it ever wouldn't ever be used by the government as a designation. So, ISIL which means ISLAMIC STATE of IRAQ in the LEVANT might work the best so they use that instead as a way not to recognize it as a real state but as a naming device like someone would call a MAFIA that presently ruled a country or area in the way other terrorists once ruled Somalia in the 1990s during "Blackhawk Down" during the Clinton Administration.
