U.S. needs to pay doctors and nurses to travel to Ebola infected countries

We at this point need something like a Peace Core for Doctors and nurses so they won't go bankrupt through 21 day quarantine laws as they spring up in counties, States and possibly even on a Federal level. The paranoia of the common people is mostly ignorant but what are you going to do. Ignorance in Liberia is what is killing them there and ignorance here in the U.S. and around the world could kill us all within a couple of years the way things are presently going in regard to Ebola.

So, a solution that I see is a way to prevent Doctors and nurses going bankrupt who treat Ebola patients in the U.S. and Africa and wherever else this thing migrates to in the next 1 to 10 years.

It is quite likely that it won't be stopped (like AIDS wasn't stopped either) and like AIDS it likely is going to kill millions at the very least over the next 10 years or so. So, we need a permanent or semi-permanent Government AID group to reduce Ebola Cases as it spreads from third world country to third world Country and devastates these economies in Africa, then the Middle East and likely on from there too.

Since Ebola is present moving towards depopulating third world countries that don't have a good medical infrastructure in place and who don't have compulsory education either in science and medical science, people in general have no defense against Ebola in these types of countries and will likely be devastated one by one throughout Africa the way this presently looks.

So, one way for it to kill only thousands to millions instead of a billion or more is for developed countries to treat this sort of like a war of fighting for the lives of mankind. It will be expensive to pay these doctors and nurses from the U.S. but the alternative appears to be not thousands or millions dying but instead a Billion or more by January 2016 which might end human civilization as we know it or at the very least create a Great Depression here on earth about 10 to 20 times worse than the one during the 1930s here in the U.S. everywhere.

Also, because of what has already happened with nurses in the U.S. getting infected by Ebola patients they treated it soon will not only be Ebola Doctors and nurses who went to Africa that will be quarantined for 21 days it will also be any doctors or nurses who save the lives of any Ebola patients here in the U.S. as well. So, they need to be paid by the U.S. government too or by State governments and the U.S. government so they don't go bankrupt during quarantines for helping U.S. citizens be free of Ebola.
