Understanding your Dreams

In this case I'm speaking about Night dreams when you are asleep rather than day dreaming, even though both are related to each other in various ways.

In Night dreaming your soul is trying to reconcile the fact that your body is in one point in time and space but your soul is at all points in time and space. So, everything you are experiencing while awake is not what your full soul experiences. Because time and space doesn't have the same meaning to a soul that it does to you when you are awake.

So, what is going on in your dreams is your mind and soul trying to reconcile all the various things going on inside your body and outside your body. It is also trying to reconcile all feelings you are having towards yourself or anyone else.

So, what is going on in your night dreams is an attempt of your soul to create order and balance in your life so you have enough stability enough to stay alive through "All Points" you experience in present and future.

So, in dreams often they will tell you of impending danger, of new people you are going to meet, both people that will be good for you, bad for you, or anywhere in between.

Your dreams are not locked into ONLY the present time you live in.

So, they are a way to protect your physical body from harm both mental, emotional, spiritual and physical if you listen to what is being said.

People who don't honor their night dreams often wind up dead.

However, alcohol and drugs interfere with this natural process and people who do too much of either often wind up maimed or dead.

So, often what people are looking for when they do alcohol or drugs they would experience anyway in their dreams if they were patient and just watched and waited for their experiences for their soul to share with them what is actually going on in their lives.

Also, what you eat affects your dreams too a lot. So, a healthy diet allows your dreams to be more helpful to you.

There is a saying "You are what you eat" which is true.

My first wife who studied diet a lot told me that everything one eats is like a drug they are taking and it affects the way their consciousness runs. So, just eating fast food or food that isn't good for you often can result in you making decisions in your lives where you are harmed in various kinds of ways even maiming or deaths.

So, a good place to start is with your diet and the friends and business associates you choose to hang out with in order to make sure you live to 25 or 30 so you have a better chance then to live to 90 or more.
