This might be the most important question to ask yourself.
Because just wanting to know "The Truth" might just kill you one day.
If you can't survive the truth what good is it?
So, what you need to believe to stay alive is likely different for every person depending upon their life experiences.
Some people might need to believe their parents love them and that might be enough for them to choose to stay alive.
Others might need their lover or significant other to love them to stay alive.
Others might need Christianity or Islam or Buddhism to stay alive.
Others might need their spouses or children to stay alive for them to be alive too.
I have watched people who are very in love when one dies they other either dies right away (within days, weeks or months) or is never the same and walks around in a half dead daze from then on. (my mother was sort of like this when my Dad died). She always did the opposite of what I recommended after Dad died which upset me a lot. It was like she was rebelling against her father (I guess I had become that to her by then) and financially this wasn't good for her at all.
So, "What do you need to believe to stay alive and sane?"
This might be the most important question you ever ask yourself and might be really important if you children still need you to be alive for them. Or if you are married or have a significant other.
So, think about what I'm asking you here.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
