How will the world spin what Russia did today?

It's really hard to say what the short and long term effect will be from today's bombings of Sunni Civilians and rebels but definitely not ISIS.

A Lot of Americans are going to be angry about today and possibly NATO Countries and Sunni Countries as well. However, the Sunni deaths today likely will just increase Sunni refugees many fold from the first attacks.

I think in the end the terror of what Russia did today for Sunni civilians will be the biggest outcome in making them leave Syria if they are able to.

For the rest of the world it is most about egos and not any physical deaths. So, what are all the governmental and military egos going to do? And last of all what are Sunni terrorists like Al Qaeda and ISIS going to do to Russia in Syria now?
