This is only one of the realities of simply ending Obamacare.
Though it isn't perfect most people would prefer it be modified rather than eliminated. This is just a fact of life.
Many less people now die from ailments because of Obamacare.
It is true that in states where it is mostly Republican that Insurance rates are skyrocketing. But, the rates are skyrocketing because Republicans have not allowed systems to be put in place in those states that would have lowered rates. So, in States like California and other states that have welcomed Obamacare because there or more democratic voters than Republicans insurance rates are less of a problem than in others.
But, if you look at what voters really want it isn't the end of Obamacare. What they want is for Obamacare to be modified to be more useful to them and to all people in the U.S.
How can this be done when Republicans are going to fight against Obamacare to destroy it?
I don't know the answer to this except to say that exactly the same problems happened to Social Security and Medicare when they were first legislated into existence also.
So, my thought is that it is more likely voters are going to want to modify Obamacare over time into something more useful to people just like they modified Social Security and Medicare into something more useful to them nationwide.
