Despite the Electoral College ending our real democracy from Gerrymandering Trump might be able to do some good for America

As long as Trump can keep his temper and use his business genius to help America he might be able to do some of the things he says regarding jobs and businesses.

However, the world is a very different place than when he was coming up and learning to be a businessman in the 1960s and 1970s. I grew up in this era myself and understand many of the differences now too.

I think the biggest difference now is the Internet and how it damages people economically in all walks of life by people in foreign nations stealing from one another.

For example, the phone scam which I believe originated in Pakistan or India where people bilked millions and millions of dollars from people by saying they were the IRS and were taking people to jail for non-payment of their taxes.

However, the IRS Never will call you by phone in regard to this, they only do this by mail. So, if someone calls you like this you have to know it's a fraud to begin with. But, many people were not wise enough to understand this and lost thousands and thousands of dollars trying to pay up fraudulent claims against them.

But, the single biggest problem now is it is difficult to separate ANY aspects of the Global economy. It's sort of like all nations are in bed together whereas in the 1960s and 1970s many nations were not only not in bed together they were on completely different planets with no trade whatsoever except maybe tourism some. And some nations like Russia and China because of the Cold War didn't even have tourism (at least with the free world).

So, trying to single out to help the U.S. financially is much hard to do now because everyone is in everyone else's pocket so to speak and things don't separate out like they once did in the minds of some older Trump voters.

The world is a completely different thing in regard to both money and business that it was in the 1950s through the 1990s.

So, what both Clinton and Trump promised economically just for the U.S. would actually be impossible to produce in the present world business climate. Because the world is sort of more like one thing now rather than 10 or 20 or 30 different things. So, it is presently impossible to separate companies and businesses that have a finger in literally every country on earth and through those fingers, business dealings everywhere including on every Internet on earth in every single country.
