Trump as president could be held legally liable for things he might not even know about regarding his businesses

Richard Painter, a law professor at the University of Minnesota and former ethics lawyer for President George W. Bush, said Trump may need to be wary of other rules, however. He pointed to a clause in the Constitution barring anyone holding federal office from accepting a "present, emolument, office or title" from a foreign country.
"He does need to think very seriously about any dealings with foreign governments or corporations controlled by foreign governments," Painter said.
It's not difficult to see how that could come into play. If a sovereign wealth fund owned by the Chinese government wanted to invest in a Trump-branded hotel, for example, that could be considered a constitutional violation, said Norman Eisen, a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution who led government ethics initiatives for President Barack Obama during his first term.
"He needs to take strong measures to address that," Eisen said. "Otherwise, the American people are going to hold him accountable."

What will Trump do with his businesses?

For example, what if the State Capitalism arm of China decides to cause legal harm to Trump as president? They have one of their state sponsored companies invest in a Trump property anywhere on earth under a phoney name.

But, newspapers and TV stations like CNN or MSNBC find out about it and he is put in jail for receiving bribes or presents from a foreign country.

This is how vulnerable Trump would be from ANY country to be blackmailed the way things presently are once he is president.

So, he might go from a president to a blackmailed president and manipulated by almost any country on earth in order to stay out of jail.

This is more real legally than you might presently imagine.

And since Trump puts himself and his family before all others, he might do almost anything to stay out of jail from this kind of blackmail.

In otherwords, people might die, almost any lie told, almost anything done to protect himself and his family from harm.

But, what happens to the U.S. while he is so blackmailed by foreign nations?

Actually, the most likely country to blackmail Trump like this is Mexico not China right now.

Because for Mexico it would be a point of honor to find a way to strike back at Trump.

And second only to this would be any and all Muslim nations on earth who would want to destroy Trump for defaming and Blaspheming their religion and all it's adherents worldwide: all 1.6 billion of them.

Trump has more enemies he has made now than any president Elect in HIstory.

He has already alienated the majority of voters in the U.S. who voted for Hillary.

And on top of that he has offended Mexicans, Muslims, everyone in Europe and most people around the world.

I can't imagine any president having more liabilities nationwide and worldwide than Trump now has.
