We are going to experience a multiplicity of changes here on earth. Most people might not notice much but in some areas flooding and droughts will be really really extreme, especially if the city you are in borders the ocean. Because all the oceans of earth are ONE.
Take a Globe and trace all the oceans on earth. Only Freshwater places are separate from the oceans of earth at all.
Even the Mediterranean Ocean and Black Sea are directly connected to the Atlantic Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean is also connected to the Pacific Ocean and to all the other oceans on earth.
So, ALL Coastal Ocean cities are going to be inundated on various levels this century especially during big storms with storm surge throughout this century and after.
So, if you are buying property it might be wise to think about buying property at least 25 feet in elevation or if it is lower of putting your house on stilts or at the very least putting a 2nd or third story on your home so you could tie up your boat to the first floor on a light stanchion or something or a cement post you set into the ground while there is still ground there and not water.
And even if you put your home on stilts the water might permanently be there and then you would have to have telephone poles to mount your home on driven into the ground like ocean Piers are with pile drivers that are treated especially not to decompose in salt water. So, all this could be quite expensive over time worldwide.
But, as we all know where there is a will (and enough money) almost anything can and will be done.
