Why the next appointed supreme court justice won't be that conservative
Here is the point. There are two female Republican senators one from Alaska and one from Maine and both want women's rights to be protected. Right now there are 49 Democratic Senators and only 51 Republican Senators. This is why the next supreme court Justice will not be that conservative and even might turn out to be a Libertarian like Justice Kennedy who believes strongly in human rights and became a swing vote on many issues for 30 years.
