Cell food for quick adaptation to higher altitudes

I'm 70 and I have trouble when I go from 100 or 200 feet of altitude near the beach whether I'm in SF Bay area or Santa Barbara now this is the altitude I spend the most time at. But, at this age I have found that it took me 1 to 3 days to adapt to playing, hiking or skiing or swimming in a place like Mt. Shasta 3700 feet altitude or Bunny Flat 6900 feet altitude or Castle Lake around 6000 feet altitude at this age. I've been up to 10,000 feet about a year ago at the ski lift near Santa Fe, New Mexico using this and I was fine with no altitude headaches or anything like that. Santa Fe is 7100 feet altitude by the way.

So, my daughter showed me Cell Food which works so when I get there and sleep by the next morning I'm pretty much ready for any altitude I want to go to. So, this is what I use for this:

Note: Just be sure to follow the directions for best results. What it does is super oxygenate your cells so they aren't having trouble adapting to higher altitudes.
