If you have ever been to Paris or London
I have been twice to London and once to Paris, Nice and Monaco and what you need to know is that over 90% of the people don't have air conditioning there. So, often old traditional buildings that date back often to the 1400s or before that were not designed like you are in a desert or something which hold the heat and seem to make it even hotter on a hot or warm day are the norm all across Europe. It is not at all like the U.S. where most places Air Conditioning is normal. That would be seen by Europeans as a waste of money mostly (until people start dying like now from the heat). But, if the air conditioners are all sold out a lot of old people without enough money are sure to die in heat like this without any air conditioners all over Europe today.
