Russia, Iran and China all conduct Hybrid warfare against the U.S. 24 hours a day

So, when you see power outages in New York City, Oil refineries blowing up in Pennsylvania and subways not working because of computer problems this could all easily be a part of the ongoing hybrid warfare against us from these three countries 24 hours a day now. But, specifically I would expect this kind of stuff from Iran about now. Will Americans be told about this? Probably not because they don't want to panic people here in the U.S. or around the world.
