Trump has been breaking rules his whole life. This is just "Business as usual for him". When you understand that breaking rules and laws is a way of life and then bragging about breaking rules and laws to everyone, then you understand who he actually is and what he has been doing the last 70 plus years of his life.
It makes more sense why some people think of him as a king or emperor. But, that is not what a president is supposed to be so this is why he will be impeached (at the very least by the House of Representatives).
