It was equally crazy in some ways to now. Senator Goldwater told Nixon to resign then. I wish there was a Senator Goldwater to tell Trump to resign but then again Nixon was a patriot and had served as an officer in the Navy in World war II so he fell on his sword for the good of the Country.
Unfortunately, there is no such luck with Trump because he is not a patriot and never served in the military for anything. All he's good at is telling lies to everyone worldwide.
