I was listening to the Mayor of Montgomery Alabama talk about how there was only ONE ICU bed available because there were just too many Coronavirus patients in Montgomery, Alabama last night and then I started to wonder how many Americans without enough education scientifically or otherwise would get coronavirus through basic ignorance this Holiday weekend across the U.S.?
On one level one can attribute this to "Natural Selection" of people who watch Fox News or one could attribute this to "Trump not wearing a mask on camera" or just that people don't want to think about the coronavirus anymore but we should expect an explosion of new coronavirus patients in hospitals from partying this weekend all over any way you think about this.
It's a given that Memorial Day weekend is eventually going to kill a whole lot of people who get drunk and do things that they shouldn't right now because of Coronavirus.
One of the nicer things that Trump is doing is asking everyone to raise their flags to half staff to honor all the almost now 100,000 Americans who died from the Coronavirus and the likely 200,000 not tested so far that ALSO died from Coronavirus.
So, basically 6 times the amount of people that died in Viet Nam who were Americans have now died from Coronavirus here in the U.S. so far.
I estimate presently that we will see 1 million dead a year from now.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
