Without it we are all dead.
So, tuning into your instinct and intuition will keep you alive and lead to your happiness.
If you disregard it it will also lead to death and insanity and the end of you.
Take animals for example, if they didn't have instinct they would all be dead in the wild right now.
Even though most of us don't live in the wild we visit the wild. So, when you are visiting the wild try to tune into your instincts and intuition.
in 1983 I did a vision quest of no water and no food for 4 days or 96 hours time.
This completely changed how I saw what human beings actually were.
We are much more amazing than you and I mostly have ever thought while at the same time
being much more vulnerable in ways you might not have thought of.
So, humans are a complete paradox in ways I cannot even begin to explain fully here.
But, if you are brave and skilled enough and your health is good enough and you are still young enough (like under 40 or 50) I would recommend you discover more who you are by doing a vision quest of no water or food for 96 hours or 4 days time in the wilderness.
Because you will see everything much differently after this experience of praying for 96 hours while not eating or drinking anything.

To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
