Whether this is good or bad depends upon whether you frequent or work in or own a small bar here in the U.S.
I just don't see how most of them are going to actually survive the constant opening then shutting down and keep their mortgage payments up and stay fiscally sound anymore.
As a businessman myself most of my life there is only so far you can take these things unless you are running your bar at a loss so you can write it off on your taxes because you own other businesses or have other jobs.
