The reason I'm thinking this will happen is partly because of the high rates of coronavirus here in the U.S. right now. Since the U.S. is incapacitated by President Trump we will not be able to help other nations because if we don't take care of our own nation during the next year we won't even have a nation at all.
On top of this Trump may try to cancel the election and go to martial law between September and October because there likely will be so many dying. If he does this he plans to become like Putin here in the U.S. as a dictator. So, I would watch for this. Releasing a pandemic like he has is one way to so mess up the country that it might be vulnerable to takeover, especially if he gets Russia and China to help him do this (which would be just like Trump to do this over the dead bodies of those who support him and vote for him dying of coronavirus).
