If you don't have internet wifi where you are presently, you might be able to have your own internet with your Iphone. I find the most secure way to do this is to use a USB charge cord for your IPHONE.
Next, go into your settings button on your Iphone.
Next, go down and click on where it says personal hotspot.
About this time you need to plug in your USB part of your cord into your computer or other device you want to go online with. And plug in the charging end into your Iphone as well.
At some point you likely are going to have to put in the password the Iphone will generate for you into your device you want to go online with.
Then your Iphone might say: "Do you trust this computer or device?" and if you do trust it then say "Yes". You will know it is working when you see a symbol on your device that looks sort of like two circles that intersect up where it might say your percentage of power left in your device.
Or you can just try to use your internet and if it works fast or slow you know you have your Iphone personal wifi going on.
However, if you are too remote for your data to work on your Iphone this won't work. Also, be careful how much you are paying for your Data for your phone as well. In our case we have so many cell phones on the same plan that our Data is free now. So, be sure you aren't really running up your data bill before you do this
