What is the point of the last Article?

Basically, if you understand these things electronically, One Electromagnetic pulse of the right size and kind would make all these advanced weapons of war including planes, missiles, drones, etc. all useless until the fried parts in all these devices were replaced or repaired.

So, advanced weapons of war are all vulnerable in one way or another to large solar Flares from the sun hitting earth directly or by nuclear weapons generated EMPs.

For example, One 100 megaton Hydrogen Bomb set off at 100 miles above the center of the lower 48 states would make anything electrical within the lower 48 completely inoperable including all domestic cars and planes. The bomb wouldn't directly kill people even though cars, trucks and planes (their electronics) would immediately stop operating and some cars and trucks and all planes who have yoke electronic assists that are domestic and not military would crash within a few minutes.

And none of these parts ever would operate again until they were replaced by new ones likely manufactured abroad or stored below 10 feet below ground in a bunker of some sort.
