Everyone who goes into space is sterilized very quickly by Cosmic Rays. So, don't go into space until you have any children you plan to have. This is true of both men and women.
NO ONE EVER CAN HAVE CHILDREN ONCE THEY GO INTO SPACE!
You can fly in a passenger jet without becoming sterilized usually though.
