Trump's Criminal immunity ends January 20th 2021

It's true he might pardon himself (not sure if any other president has done this before) but theoretically it could work for at least Federal Crimes (but not for State Crimes) which is one reason why Trump has changed his state of residence from New York to Florida where it is less likely he will be prosecuted because Florida is more of a Red state than a blue one even though Miami Dade County is blue I believe but the rest of the state is more red.

So, because he doesn't want to go to jail in New York state he has moved his state of residency to Florida. Could he be extradited as a criminal from Florida to New York State? Not sure about this but I think Trump if this happened likely would just hop on his private jet and go to the Bahamas or Europe or Russia instead of serving jail time in New York State. So, you might never see Trump in New York State ever again because of this legal problem he is having in New York State.

I'm sure both New York State and California State if they could would love to put Trump in Jail. And you might see various efforts to this end in many many blue states starting in January of 2021 because of the ways in which Trump has harmed many states while in office and likely before and  after as well.
