400,000 dead actually means 3,200,000 dead if you have been reading CDC guidlines

Only about 1/8 of the dead are tested. This is the reality within the U.S. so to get to an more accurate number of American dead it is 3,200,000 Americans when you add the untested and un-doctored (for various reasons like (no health insurance, scared of doctors or don't want to bankrupt their families etc.)

All these people (homeless or not) are Americans too and should be recognized for dying from coronavirus also.
