From my point of view everyone in the U.S. had 9-11 PTSD when that happened that knew about it. Now, everyone in the world has PTSD from Coronavirus shock in their lives. Now, add to that PTSD from the Capitol Rioting that cost lives and injured 50 police and national guardsmen. At least 5 people so far have died in all this and likely over 100 have been arrested and put in jail all over the country as well.
IT's very important to be Calm, rational, logical in all your decisions from now on. Those who are not calm, rational and logical could easily be injured or killed the next few weeks or months here in the U.S.
Praying might help a lot too. Like I always say "There are no atheists in Foxholes" which basically means if you think you are about to die you will reach out for help wherever you can find it even if you didn't believe in God before you might need to to survive what appears to be coming now.
I said to my wife: "I'm glad we are about 3000 miles away from Washington DC and she said to me: "Well. They plan to attack all U.S. state Capitols too now." That shut me up completely because I knew she was right. However, at least because California is a blue state the National Guards will tend to be Democratic more than Republican too. Although I don't think this is about party at all at this point. It's more about fascist White Nationalists and White Nazis trying to overthrow the government at this point more than anything else. Also, if you are in San Francisco anywhere you likely are 87 to 100 miles at least away from the State Capitol of Sacramento too!
I think civilians on both sides of this could easily be armed and hand held machine guns like Kalashnikovs and AR-15's might be used in various states at this point, especially because of the crazies trying to kill Pence and Pelosi at the Capitol building this week.
More and more I'm thinking that the "Powers that be" allowed this to happen so Trump would hang himself like he has. He likely won't be able to stay free of jail at this point unless he gets in his plane and leaves the country. DC Jails. State Jails or Federal Jails because he has screwed the Pooch completely at this point because people have been injured and died from what he did. Same with Cruz and Hawley and a few others. Some guy from Alabama named Mo also.
I had thought that "walking wounded" implied PTSD but I guess I was wrong. It basically defines someone who is wounded who is still mobile and can help with the wounded who are still alive in various things that happen around the world. Well. You learn something new every day!

In first aid and triage, the walking wounded are injured persons who are of a relatively low priority. Classification[edit]
According to Simple Triage and Rapid Treatment (START) documentation, walking wounded are determined by requesting those on the scene who may self-evacuate, to do so immediately to a designated refuge.[2] Any casualties able to respond to this command and move themselves to the designated position are considered walking wounded.
According to the Revised Trauma Score (RTS) system of triaging, walking wounded can be considered to be those scoring a 12.[3]
