Why is this true?
Most people are reactionary in their lives.
When you are reactionary your mind is not still because you are always having to react to everything around you affecting you.
But, when your mind is still you never react really ever at core anymore.
Once you realize your mind is as big as the sky and the whole universe and all time and space you are free.
You are then free to create and the universe co-creates with you in harmony.
It's not that you never react anymore it's that you know who you are and you are free and you are no longer moved to react at a deep level which disturbs your mind. so, your mind is still and you are free to co-create with the whole universe and all time and space and beyond.
