As long as there are countries like Brazil that are completely unsafe in regard to Coronavirus no country on earth will be safe from Coronavirus?

Why?

It's sort of like Neil Degrasse Tyson said recently: "As long as you have any state (or country) that is out of control regarding coronavirus it's like having a peeing section in a public pool" 

In other words if any place is unsafe every place is eventually unsafe to regarding coronavirus variants. And one of the very worst that kills children was found about a month ago in Northern Brazil to boot.
