I think "Sweet Tooth" on Netflix was written originally for young adults as a way to cope better with the Coronavirus and other pandemics to come

You sort of get this from the type of genre of "Sweet Tooth" being a somewhat naive 10 year old but because he was raised in the woods with a lot of "Forest Danger" and wild people he was told to beware of. So, though he is naive in a city wise kind of way he still has enough understanding of surviving wild things in the forest with his father that he is somewhat believable and a very sweet kind of being because of the way he was raised. He is also interesting because he can smell things likely as good as a dog and hear as good as a dog or deer which helps in his ongoing survival.

I'm hoping that they make a 2nd season of this series because I personally found it generally healing of the last year of coronavirus for the most part as I watched this. I generally have more hope for the human race as I watched this simply because I could see how the future of this pandemic and others might go if people had enough solar power to their homes to wind up something like this in suburban settings.

However, you might want to protect younger viewers and counsel them if need be regarding this series simply because of all the traumas people have experienced during the last year if you let them watch this.
