I think you might have to accept the fact that some of your relatives and friends might die of covid

Why?

I grew up with people in my church where they wouldn't go to doctors and I watched them die in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond from not going to doctors. So, I understand the psychology of: "God's Going to save me!"

The problem with this thinking is: "God helps those who help themselves!" And if you don't do enough to survive your lives then you don't.

It doesn't really matter how good a person you are. IF you don't make good decisions one of those decisions might kill you.

It's exactly the same thing as how good people often die in Traffic accidents. IN that case it might even be another person's fault that they died. But, it still happens.

Even though someone or a group of someone's somewhere might have engineered this disease to thin out the human race we are dealing with the same kind of thing in traffic accidents and diets in this Covid thing.

Just because you believe God is going to save you doesn't mean God will save you if you do stupid things.

We already lost one friend to Covid and so we understand how awful this can be. Another relative Got Covid that is a nurse but survived so far. Two other friends got Covid but didn't have really bad symptoms. Another friend got covid but had no symptoms but was tested positive.

So, for us only one person we know got so sick they died so far.

But, accepting that some of the people that you cannot convince to get vaccinated might die or be permanently maimed by getting it might be important to your long term mental health.

We are already at 100,000 people a day getting covid just here in the U.S. so getting to 200,000 people a day doesn't really seem a stretch now and this is what doctors predict will happen by late August or early September here in the U.S.

Florida all by itself had 21,000 new cases just today which is a record for any state in one day.

However, where will it go from there?
